In the process of setting up this email to SMS and reply system, we have gone down a number of erroneous routes. However, in doing so we have gained a wealth of both knowledge and experience. So much so that we can do virtually anything with emails or SMS. For example. are you are a business or  marketing company who are carrying out market research using email, SMS or both. When the replies come in you have to sift through them. Supposing you had all the replies pre-sorted into the relevant groups and placed in yes - no - maybe folders on a website so you just collected them? Or SMS that were forwarded automatically to an email address? Votes automatically counted?
